Warranty Terms Products sold by Royal are guaranteed against manufacturing defects both in material and workmanship during the limited warranty period specified for each product.
Warranty Conditions 1. The client must provide proof of purchase of the equipment and this numbered warranty certificate. 2. Royal agrees to repair, during the warranty period, any products that are damaged during normal use, in accordance with the instructions in the user manual and the purpose for which the equipment was designed. 3. The warranty is not transferable. 4. Cost of installation, maintenance and explanation of the operation are not covered under warranty, therefore they are the complete responsibility of the consumer. 5. In case of return, substitution or replacement of the device, the consumer must deliver the goods that are to be replaced, with all their accessories (manuals, remote controls, etc..). Under no circumstances shall they accept damaged, broken or incomplete equipment. 6. This warranty only covers labor and parts, transportation costs for domestic cases are limited to cases within 15 km to the nearest workshop and is limited to Washing Machines, Freezers, Refrigerators and AC Splits. (*) Transportation costs for distances greater than 15km or multiple visits, should be agreed between the client and workshop. 7. The Wholesaler, Store, or Warehouse guarantee is of 3 months submitting the purchase invoice or special authorization of the brand.
Situations not covered under Warranty 1. The client does not submit a copy of the purchase invoice. 2. The guarantee certificate presents altered or incomplete information. 3. The warranty period has expired. 4. Products with altered or removed Serial. 5. Products affected by modifications not authorized in the specifications. 6. Products with damage caused by unsuitable operations or usage, those which are incorrect and/or different from the specifications in the user manual or caused by external sources, shock, painting, cosmetic damages in general, scratches, cracks, evidence of residual moisture, sweat, insects or food inside the unit. 7. Products with damage caused by the installation, repair, and/or reinstallation carried out by centers or personnel not authorized by Royal. 8. Products with damage caused by shipping or transport. 9. Products with damage caused by loss or accidents such as fire, voltage fluctuations, vandalism, water, sand, insects and similar incidents. 10. Products with damage caused by natural disasters (Earthquakes, Floods, Lighting Storms). 11. Not covered under warranty: batteries, speakers, remote controls and other plastic or glass parts. 12. This warranty does not cover damage caused by the client, shops or facilities that are not part of the network of ROYAL authorized shops. 13. Screen damage caused by overexposure to a single image. 14. Altered or modified products, such as DVD for multi-zone purposes. 15. Reading problems due to poor video or audio quality copies (DVD, VCD, MP3, etc..). 16. Damage occurring during the transport of the goods.
